U.S. Open Update:

WHile Phile Mickelson doubble bogeys Tiger taps in a birdie for a total of -5 on the round and -1 for the championship, tied for third with Ernie Els. Johnson and McDowell still in the lead though and Johnson is playing really solid.

U.S. Open Update: Tiger continues his move up the leader board, now -3 for the day +1 total for the championship. Tiger is now tied for 8th, but the player that is playing even better than Tiger is Dustin Johnson - in pair wiht McDowell Johnson is -4, total -5 - leads with one stroke over McDowel. This pairing is playing very stable and exciting golf - I've moved from Mickelson's group to this one instead and it is truly exciting.
