U.S. Open Pebble Beach June 19th: As most of us have wondered, can he do it, does he have it in him, what could have been...the answer is yes he has it in him, he can definetelly win the U.S. open...I just saw Tiger birdei the last couple of holes and now is 20 feet from an eagle.
I do not think we will ever see the Tigeer that dominated the 2000 tour, but we have not seen that since 2000 so after everything that has happend to/with Tiger the last year we should not expect miracles, but I can promise you that on Sunday afternoon he will be in the middle of things again and with a smile and a fist pump he might just clinch another one...given that Phil doesn't run away with this...if Phil plays Sat and Sun how he played Friday there is no way Tiger can catch him.
Let us hope for a Tiger/Phil paring on Sunday - wouldn't that be something :)
